Stay on schedule

The maintenance membership.

A hair system membership is a standing plan that bundles your regular upkeep into a set rhythm instead of one-off bookings. It exists because a unit does not stay perfect on its own. The men whose hair looks effortless are the ones who never fall off schedule, and a membership is how we keep them on it.

Who this is for

Anyone wearing a system who wants their upkeep handled on a fixed rhythm, not remembered.

What a membership actually is

It is not a product you buy once. It is an ongoing relationship with a set cadence, so your appointments are already on the calendar before you need them. You are not calling us in a panic when the perimeter starts to lift. You are coming in on a day we agreed weeks ago, and the unit never gets to the point where it shows.

We build the plan around your system and your life at your install, then hold you to it. That is the whole value. Consistency is what separates a system that looks real for years from one that looks fine for a month and then quietly stops fooling anyone.

What a plan typically includes

The exact mix depends on your base, your attachment, and how hard you are on it, but a membership generally wraps the recurring work into one arrangement:

  • Scheduled full maintenance, with the unit off, cleaned underneath, and reattached
  • The re-cut and re-blend into how your own hair has grown since last time
  • A scalp clean and check between attachments
  • Priority when something loosens early, so you are not left waiting
  • Small adhesive and perimeter touch-ups to hold you between full visits

Why a rhythm keeps a system right

Two things move constantly. Your own hair keeps growing, which pulls the blend out of alignment week by week, and the attachment wears down under heat, sweat, and daily handling. Neither waits for a convenient moment. A fixed cadence gets ahead of both, so the bond is renewed before it fails and the cut is corrected before the growth becomes obvious.

The scalp side matters just as much. Coming in on schedule means the skin underneath gets cleaned and looked at regularly instead of sitting under an aging bond. That is better for your scalp and better for how long the unit lasts. Stretching intervals to save a trip is the most common way men end up needing a repair or an early replacement.

Why we run it this way

Honestly, it is easier for both of us. You stop thinking about upkeep because it is booked. We already know your system, your color, your density, and how your hair grows, so every visit starts from what we did last time rather than from scratch. That continuity is why regulars get faster, cleaner results than someone we see twice a year.

Nico and the team would rather see you on a steady rhythm than fix something that got away from you. A membership is the version of this where nothing gets away from you.

How pricing works

We do not quote a flat figure here because a membership is priced to what your plan actually contains. The drivers are the same ones that shape any upkeep: how often you need full maintenance, the base and attachment your system uses, how much cutting and blending your growth demands each visit, and whether things like texture or beard work are part of your routine. A system that needs frequent, detailed work costs more to maintain than one that does not, and we set your plan around that rather than a one-size number. You get the real breakdown at your consultation.

Questions, answered.

Is a membership different from just booking maintenance each time?

The work can be the same. The difference is that a membership locks in the rhythm, gives you priority when something goes wrong early, and means you never have to remember to book. Consistency is the point.

How often will I come in on a plan?

It depends on your system, your attachment, and how you live. We set the interval at your install rather than applying a blanket rule, then the membership just holds you to it.

What if I got my system somewhere else?

Bring it in and we will tell you honestly whether we can maintain it well before putting you on any plan. Some units we can take on, some we cannot.

Can I pause or change my plan?

Talk to us. Life changes, and the rhythm should follow it. We would rather adjust the plan than have you drop off schedule entirely.
