The two main methods
Almost everything comes down to tape, liquid adhesive, or a combination of the two. Neither is universally better. They trade off differently, and the right answer depends on your skin, your routine, and how hot it gets where you live.
- Tape, which is clean to apply and straightforward to remove
- Liquid adhesive, which holds harder and handles heat and sweat better
- A combination, adhesive where the hold matters most and tape elsewhere
What actually decides it
Your skin comes first. Some men react to one adhesive and not another, and that is worth finding out early rather than mid-summer. After that it is lifestyle: how much you sweat, whether you swim, how physical your work is, and how often you can realistically come in.
Arizona heat is a genuine variable rather than a footnote. An attachment that holds fine in a mild climate can be asked to do considerably more here, and we factor that in rather than pretending it is the same everywhere.
Why it is not a permanent decision
Attachment is one of the easier things to change. If the first approach is not holding the way you want, we adjust it at a maintenance visit. It is worth telling us honestly how it is performing rather than putting up with it.
Real work
This is what it looks like.

Questions, answered.
How long does an attachment hold?
It depends on the method, your skin, and your activity. That is why the maintenance interval is set to you at your install instead of applied as a blanket rule.
Can I remove it myself?
Some men do, with the right remover and after being shown how. Others prefer to leave it entirely to us. We will walk you through the routine either way.
What if it starts lifting before my appointment?
Call us and come in. Trying to fix a lifting bond with whatever is to hand is the fastest way to damage the unit.
