Does your own hair keep growing under it?
Yes. A system does not smother the follicles or stop growth. The hair you still have keeps growing on its normal cycle beneath and around the unit, which is exactly why maintenance visits exist: your own hair grows out, the fit shifts slightly, and we reset it.
It is fair to say that whatever pattern of thinning you already have will continue on its own timeline, because a system is not a treatment for that. What it does not do is accelerate it. Covering hair is not the same as damaging it.

No. Attached and removed correctly, a system does not pull out or accelerate the loss of the hair you still have. Damage comes from rough removal or a neglected bond, both of which are avoidable.
Can my scalp still breathe under a unit?
